Why am I unable to add a listing?
A: Only those who signed up as agent, agency, owner can list properties. Subscribers cannot list properties.
How do I sign up as an agent/agency?
A: You will see a drop down list to select from when registering your account. After registering, you can then go to “My Profile” to enter information about you/your agency.
After entering property information why does it not work when I hit “submit property” at the bottom?
A: Make sure all required sections on the submission form are complete. You must check the box to consent on the Antifraud statements.
Why can’t I find my listing when I do a search?
A: Your listing might have expired. Expired listings won’t be visible to the public but will be available in your dashboard.
I cannot find my city/town/area on the drop-down list.
A: We will continue adding more locations. For now, simply select “Other Locations in the County” option.
When will my listing expire?
A: Listings expire in 30 days.
What if my property is sold before 30 days are over?
A: Log in to your account, go to the Dashboard, click “Properties” to view a list of your listed properties. Click Actions >> Edit>> change the property Label to Sold>> Save Changes.
What if I want to list my property for an additional 30 days?
A: Simply log in to your account, go to the Dashboard, click “Properties” to view a list of your listed properties. Click Actions >> Relist.
Preventing fraud:
Exercise caution when buying/renting a property. Verify the property information before engaging in any transaction. If someone requests you to send money before verifying the property details, DO NOT send! We recommend using a trusted agent to guide you through the process.
